Dental Hygienist
Applicants must have strong and effective communication skills with their patients and provide uncompromising patient care. This position requires an individual who can work collaboratively with the dentist and other team members. Clinical autonomy is highly encouraged over clinical tasks within one’s scope of practice. Primary Responsibilities:
Perform periodontal procedures in accordance with the best practices for patient care and management, including but not limited to scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, exposing radiographs, sealant placement, and fluoride application.
Provide education and guidance to our patients on prevention and management of their oral health, both in office and at home.
Work collaboratively with the dentists through expanded duties to elevate the patient experience and provide comprehensive quality care to everyone. Pending experience, our office offers potential restorative opportunities.
Position Requirements:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist Licensure in WA State
Current CPR/AED certification
